We’ve added a new poll asking through which media you would prefer your Reseller/ISP to communicate with you online. We’re interested to hear your input so please feel free to cast your vote irrespective of which ISP you use.

    Entanet have chosen to not communicate with its customers for some months now,does this mean there is going to be a change to that policy.

    Perhaps telepathy could be added to the voting list.

    I’m happy with how my Reseller/ISP communicates – surely the question should be about Entanet and how it should be communicating.

    It would be nice if emails from Partner Communications like the one today actually had someone’s name at the bottom rather than the cold “Yours sincerely

    Partner Communications”

    It did rather spoil the feeling after the very welcome explanation and apology for recent issues.
